Our FESTIVE balloon bouquet is created with many unique specialty latex and foil balloons in various sizes. Standing approximately 8’ tall this bouquet will consist of one large foil balloon, five specialty balloons and five standard latex balloons. The bouquet will be anchored to a balloon cluster weight.
