Stacked Hearts
A set of large open heart shape foil balloons stacked on top of each other will be attached to a series of balloon clusters. A large “Love” script shaped balloon will be attached to the front of the heart. Additional accents of heart, spiral and Valentines shaped foil balloons will complete the design.
