A mixture of various size latex and foil balloon shapes will create this unique festive design. These balloons will be arranged on a freestanding pole and base by our skilled balloon artist. Flowing thick ribbons will be added concealing the support pole. The Celebration Post is then topped with a large Valentine’s Day themed foil balloon shape.
